Warranty
Clear Stream Monuments offers a warranty for each product we sell. Clear
Stream Monuments makes no express warranties except those stated here.
Lifetime Warranty:
Every cemetery marker, bench, headstone, monument, mausoleum, columbarium,
urn, and statue sold by Clear Stream Monuments is guaranteed for life
not to crack or fracture as a result of exposure to outdoor conditions
and weather. If it cracks or falls apart Clear Stream Monuments will repair
or replace it without charge. This warranty is valid in perpetuity and
becomes effective upon delivery of the memorial purchased.
Limited Warranty:
Clear Stream Monuments provides a Limited Warranty on: vases, and porcelain
photos. This warranty is limited to these products being delivered free
of defects. If litho paint is used in/on letters or carvings, this paint
is warranted to be free of defects at the time the memorial is delivered.
Guaranteed to be free from defects in Finish and Craftsmanship:
Every product sold by Clear Stream Monuments goes through a Quality Assurance
Inspection prior to being shipped. If at the time of delivery you find
a defect in the finished material or craftsmanship of our product it will
be repaired or replaced at no cost to you. If you find a defect please
be sure to contact us within ten (10) days from date of delivery in order
for this warranty to be valid.
Guaranteed to be free from Errors:
We take every necessary precaution to ensure that your product is shipped
exactly as you ordered. We confirm with you that all the information on
the marker/monument is exactly as you ordered prior to production. If
you receive your marker/monument with errors that were made by us we will
correct or replace it at no cost to you. If you discover that you have
made an error when placing your order we will do our best to help you
fix it.
Shipping Damage Protection Guarantee:
All shipped products are insured to protect you. This insurance will cover
any damage that may occur during shipment of the product to the customer.
The customer is responsible for inspecting freight for missing items or
signs of damage upon receipt of goods. Prior to signing for receipt of
goods it is the customers responsibility to check the memorial for any
signs of damage. All freight, loss, and damage claims must be filed with
the shippers insurance company within ten (10) days from the date the
shipment was received. Failure to do so may cause the Insurance Company
to deny the claim. If damage has occurred, please contact
CSM for further instructions. We will assist you in filing
the insurance claim.
If your Monument is vandalized or destroyed by an act of nature
we will replace if for you at our cost (no profit). Please keep records
of your purchase from Clear Stream Monuments including approved sketches/drawings.
We may need this information in order to recreate your monument.
